Owing to increased workload, growth and expansion, new appointments were made as follows:

3rd Quarter 2008
This quarter saw the successful completion of the construction of the 58 bed accommodation block and the award of contract for the construction of the MTBI (Major Trauma and Brain Injury) Unit at Headley Court.
2nd Quarter 2008
By June 2008, Pararail had been awarded the Dilapidations contract with London and Southeastern Railway. The project was to encompass all building refurbishment works on every station and depot in Kent (totalling 197 locations).
1st Quarter 2008
The first quarter saw Pararail engaged by First Capital Connect to undertake the second phase of a long term project to carry out refurbishment and improvement works to various toilet, waiting rooms and booking hall facilities across the FCC territory.
